Yes, it's open. I was just there 10 minutes ago. Current wait time is about 45 minutes. Counter 1-5 are operational. Token system is working.

I drove past an hour ago, the gate was open and there were people in queue outside. Should be open until 4 PM as usual.

According to their website schedule, Saturdays are half-day (10 AM - 1 PM). Since today is Saturday, might close early.
